In actuality, it is the last second any of us have any guarantee of.

A dear young friend works in the Navy Yard Building where the recent shooting took place.

I have a hunch she knows the importance of this second?
I am perplexed by what seems to be a very difficult road sign / law to understand:
Drive right, Pass Left, reversed of course in the UK and Europe.

It means drive in the passing lane only when you are passing another car.
I am going to assume that the vast majority of people actually understand
the meaning of the law.
One can only assume that there must be some form of protest underway.
What do you imagine the protest is about?
