A friend of mine has a 14 year old Lab named “Bella” who is showing degenerative signs. Sue called her vet who told her that she would know when it was time to euthanize Bella by the look in Bella’s eyes.
I wonder how many times I/we truly look into someone’s eyes and see how they are feeling and what they are saying?

The end of October and early November are when my Mom and Dad were born. They passed away respectively eight and fifteen years ago.
I wonder if it will ever stop feeling like yesterday? I have a hunch, not.
