If food and/or shelter are in question, there is only one issue that a creature can focus upon.

 

If you have never been without food or shelter for seven days in a row, you have no experience of hunger or homelessness.

If you can afford a computer and internet and even macaroni for your next meal you are in the top 5% in worldwide wealth. If you have a safe place to sleep tonight, you are one of the lucky. By a twist of fate we happen to have been born into a country where we can do as we please and expect an education that most take for granted.  



I wonder if we ever truly appreciate what we have been given?
